Generally when it is 50 degrees or above we will have practice. If You do not think the Weather is suitable for Your Child, do not bring them to practice. |

Rules You Should Know
5-6th Dropped third strike, High School Rules. With two out and runner on first batter can advance to first.
Home is open.
In the 6th inning there is no run limit. Inning 1 through 5 it is five runs.
Extra inning. If the score is tied after 6 innings. Play one additional inning, using 6th inning rules.
Pitching limit is 3 innings, one pitch is considered an inning.
When a game is rained out, schedule it as soon as possible. The 6 week season goes fast.
Runners cannot leave first base until the ball is hit or crosses Home Plate. The Runner is out if caught doing this.
Slide rule, runner must slide if the defensive Player has the ball. if He does not and there is contact made the runner is out and may be ejected from the game. If the runner makes contact with the defensive player before the ball gets there, he may also be called out. The defensive player may not block the base without the ball. |

Pipestone Youth Baseball
Youth Baseball includes 3 levels, they are Junior, Senior and Super Bantam.
Junior Bantam includes 3rd & 4th Grade combined.
Senior Bantam includes 5th & 6th grade combined.
Super Bantam 7th grade and 8th grade, we do not combine these grades.
Temperature Guidelines
50 degrees. I will call school to cancel if nessacary.
Please use Parental Guidelines if You think it is to Cold.
